In CORE Recon Training, we prioritize the development of leaders who possess the skills and insights needed to forge meaningful connections with those they lead. Our training program goes beyond conventional leadership strategies by integrating the principles of personality assessment and understanding. Through immersive workshops, interactive exercises, and personalized coaching, we equip leaders with the tools to recognize and adapt to the diverse personalities within their teams.

CORE Training
The training program offered by CORE focuses on empowering leaders to enhance foundational skills such as self-awareness, social awareness, and managing stress-induced behaviors. Participants, including new and experienced managers, executive leaders, and military personnel at squad level or higher, engage in interactive sessions where they learn to utilize the CORE software effectively. Through practical exercises and guided instruction, attendees develop the ability to recognize their own characteristics and increase self-awareness, as well as accurately understand the traits of others (social awareness) using the software. Additionally, participants learn to identify changes in behavior exhibited by individuals under different levels of stress.
A key aspect of the training involves applying CORE's Connect Process, which enables leaders to understand, adapt to, and improve connections with others in various contexts, including work teams, family, and friendships. By the end of the training, attendees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to leverage CORE software effectively, enhance their interpersonal relationships, and navigate challenging situations with confidence and insight.
